Please note we only accept returns from items purchased on cinturastores.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase. For full details on returns, exchanges and any shipping fees that might apply, please refer to our policies. Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, you’ll receive your refund. This normally happens within two weeks of receiving your return. We only accept returns from items purchased on cinturastores.com.Â

Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and shipping method selected at checkout.Â
All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days upon receipt of order. During promotions & sales, please allow for additional order processing + shipping time. Cintura Stores does ship internationally. We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you can track delivery more closely.Â
Once the order has been shipped by Cintura Stores, we depend on our carriers to ensure the package is delivered on time. Please note that inclement weather can delay packages. Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange for another size, style or store credit. We’re unable to provide returns on underwear, thongs, etc.Â

We offer a few shipping options direct from our Canada warehouse. Please note that taxes and duties are included for cinturastores.com shipments.Â

The following shipping methods are currently available on cinturastores.com:
After your order is placed, our warehouse starts processing it so you can receive your Cintura order on time. Orders are processed, packed, and prepared on business days, which refers to Monday through Sunday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST begin processing the following business day.
Full Timeline: The full shipping method timeline accounts for both processing and in transit time, which represents the time it takes from order placement to delivery in business days.
Once you’ve placed your Cintura order, there are a few steps before it reaches you.
1. Processing
Soon after your order is placed, our warehouse begins preparing and packing it. Order processing can take 1-5 business days after your order is placed, depending on the selected shipping method.
2. Shipping – Carrier Pickup
After it’s processed, your order is marked as shipped and handed off to the carrier. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships out. It can take 24-48 hours for your tracking to show movement.
Shipping – In Transit
Once it’s picked up, your tracking information is updated by the assigned carrier. The full shipping timeline varies depending on the selected shipping method.
Delivered
Delivery time varies across different shipping methods and addresses. After your order is marked as delivered, it’s possible that it will take a few more days for your order to arrive as we’ve seen many cases where the carrier updates tracking details to show as delivered and then the package arrives a few days later.
