Please note we only accept returns from items purchased on cinturastores.com. We cannot accept or
process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges
purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.

Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, you'll receive your refund. This
normally happens within two weeks of receiving your return.

Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and shipping method selected at checkout. All
orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days upon receipt of order. During promotions &
sales, please allow for additional order processing + shipping time.

Yes, we do.
We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you
can track delivery more closely. Once the order has been shipped by Cintura, we depend on our carriers
to ensure the package is delivered on time. Please note that inclement weather can delay packages.
